- Offers front-line support for employee inquiries and workplace concerns
- Maintains accurate documentation and collaborates with various HR functions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources consulting
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with Employee Relations experience
- Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization preferred
- Familiarity with case management systems and Workday preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
