A company is looking for a Divisional HR Business Partner - Veterinary.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and communicate roles and responsibilities to enhance engagement and influence management and associates
- Guide designated hospital teams on P&O policies and processes, applying behavioral sciences and change management theories
- Partner with leadership to create a performance culture and support talent pipeline initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- Minimum six years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role, with four years of business experience
- Knowledge of Talent & Performance Management, Engagement, and Organizational Development
- HR training or certification preferred
- Background in healthcare-related fields preferred
