Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR partner to leaders across the Study Abroad division, supporting HR administration and talent strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and CIEE policies while supporting employee engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and awareness of global and U.S. employment laws
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations and organizational challenges
- Results-driven, people-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations and talent acquisition
