A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage employee requests for workplace accommodations
  • Ensure compliance with ADA and other applicable regulations
  • Partner with HR and leadership to implement and track accommodations
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or leave management
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave/accommodation laws
  • MUST have Workday experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
