A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee requests for workplace accommodations
- Ensure compliance with ADA and other applicable regulations
- Partner with HR and leadership to implement and track accommodations
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or leave management
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave/accommodation laws
- MUST have Workday experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
