Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience working under general supervision with moderately complex hiring challenges
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as SeekOut, Greenhouse, and BrightHire
