Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Utilize recruiting technology to optimize workflows and track recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience working under general supervision with moderately complex hiring challenges
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as SeekOut, Greenhouse, and BrightHire
