Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
- Manage recruiting events and conduct initial phone screenings with applicants
- Ensure staffing requirements are met and provide recruitment alternatives to meet business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
- Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy and experience with ICIMS is a plus
