Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
• Manage recruiting events and conduct initial phone screenings with applicants
• Ensure staffing requirements are met and provide recruitment alternatives to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
• Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy and experience with ICIMS is a plus
