Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist who will manage the recruiting lifecycle for partner candidates in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide partner candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
  • Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to prioritize strategic recruiting initiatives
  • Represent the firm effectively to candidates and search firms, identifying key credentials for successful partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience with Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work irregular hours for time-sensitive projects or urgent situations
