ASL Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - ASL Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and interview ASL interpreters and related professionals
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and assess their qualifications
• Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of interpreters

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in language services or healthcare/education settings
• Familiarity with ASL interpreting field and interpreter certifications (RID, NIC, BEI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Deaf culture
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with interpreters and Deaf community organizations
• Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and bridging communication gaps
