• 15+ years of experience in global compensation with expertise in domestic and international programs
• Proven ability to manage existing programs while introducing new initiatives
• Strong operational skills and results-oriented mindset
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory impacts on compensation programs
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
