Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership and support to internal client groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups, delivering HR programs and resolving issues
• Support leaders in workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management
• Lead onboarding strategies to enhance the integration and engagement of new hires

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in a corporate HR environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• HR certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred
