A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership and support to internal client groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups, delivering HR programs and resolving issues
- Support leaders in workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management
- Lead onboarding strategies to enhance the integration and engagement of new hires
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in a corporate HR environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- HR certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred
