Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Talent Center of Excellence and drive an integrated talent strategy
- Build and execute learning and development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities
- Oversee performance management systems and align individual goals with business strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience, including 5+ years in a senior global leadership role
- Deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Workforce Strategy
- Proven track record of designing and scaling global talent programs in complex environments
- Experience with international talent management and cross-cultural organizational development preferred
