Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Global Talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Talent Center of Excellence and drive an integrated talent strategy
• Build and execute learning and development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities
• Oversee performance management systems and align individual goals with business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience, including 5+ years in a senior global leadership role
• Deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Workforce Strategy
• Proven track record of designing and scaling global talent programs in complex environments
• Experience with international talent management and cross-cultural organizational development preferred
