Key Responsibilities

- Develop and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and maintain compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various roles, including hourly and managerial positions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
