Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technology roles, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends
- Experience evaluating candidates for a range of technical roles and levels
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience using ATS platforms (ADP and/or Eightfold preferred)
