Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (6 month contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business partners and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and set talent acquisition strategies
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and provide a superb candidate experience
• Coach hiring teams on interview techniques and facilitate interview debriefs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous environment
• Partnership-centric approach to working with business leaders
• Proven success in attracting, sourcing, and retaining candidates
• Passion for connecting with people and building effective relationships
