- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and provide a superb candidate experience
- Coach hiring teams on interview techniques and facilitate interview debriefs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous environment
- Partnership-centric approach to working with business leaders
- Proven success in attracting, sourcing, and retaining candidates
- Passion for connecting with people and building effective relationships
