Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time, Temporary People Resources Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the People Resources team, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks
- Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows
- Provide hands-on support in ADP WorkforceNow, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- 1-3 years of HR administrative or HR operations experience
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint
- Ability to document and improve processes, with prior SOP development experience a plus
