Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Director to lead the payroll function and manage the team while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with HR on system enhancements and administer RSU/PSU grant awards
• Evaluate and enhance payroll processes, ensuring payment accuracy and compliance with legislative changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• 10+ years in payroll management, with experience in UKG payroll systems
• Experience in system implementation and upgrades
• Salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 based on experience
