A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll & Benefits to provide support and guidance on payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance audits and reporting to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
- Support payroll processes and resolve multi-state payroll tax issues
- Collaborate with benefit brokers to evaluate and recommend competitive benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of related payroll or employee benefits administration experience
- 2-3 years of payroll tax experience preferred
- ADP and Workday experience preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
