Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll & Benefits to provide support and guidance on payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance audits and reporting to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
  • Support payroll processes and resolve multi-state payroll tax issues
  • Collaborate with benefit brokers to evaluate and recommend competitive benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of related payroll or employee benefits administration experience
  • 2-3 years of payroll tax experience preferred
  • ADP and Workday experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
