Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and partner with hiring managers on job descriptions
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies and HR processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws across EMEA and US regions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting distributed, international teams preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
