Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diagnostics Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for various roles in laboratories across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative sourcing techniques
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and drive the recruitment process
• Maintain compliance with OFCCP regulations and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 1 year of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
• Experience using productivity tools for recruitment management
• Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance issues related to recruitment
• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
