A company is looking for a Diagnostics Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for various roles in laboratories across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative sourcing techniques
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and drive the recruitment process
- Maintain compliance with OFCCP regulations and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience using productivity tools for recruitment management
- Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance issues related to recruitment
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
