Job Summary
A company is looking for a QMCSO Lead responsible for managing daily operations of QMCSO services and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide QMCSO analysts to meet quality standards and timelines for case completion
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery and complex case issues
- Administer QMCSO services, including reviewing and verifying medical child support orders for compliance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing positions
- Extensive experience with benefits administration, especially QMCSOs
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within benefits, HR, or consulting
- Experience with ERISA and relevant federal and state regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
