Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Teammate Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Teammate Relations team in conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance metrics and KPIs, while providing insights to HR business partners and leaders
  • Conduct high-level workplace investigations and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in employee relations is required; 5+ years in human resource leadership preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in Oracle HRIS Cloud and case management tracking software
