Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements business-focused Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Sources and recommends candidates for specialized and executive-level positions
- Monitors staffing outcomes and analyzes critical staffing needs to engage leadership in resolution strategies
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
