Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and referrals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
