Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
- Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and referrals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
- Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
