Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs such as onboarding and performance management
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions across HR operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or HR certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR project management or related HR operations role
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is a plus
