Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Senior Analyst to support HR processes with a focus on USA Payroll and Timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance HR processes and best practices related to Workday and the HR eco-system
  • Manage business process development, configuration, testing, and maintenance within HR systems
  • Act as a technical point-of-contact for payroll and timekeeping, ensuring data integrity and resolving technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday USA payroll configuration and management
  • 8+ years of experience with HR systems such as Workday, HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar
  • Experience supporting HR processes in large, complex enterprises
  • Familiarity with systems management and reporting tools like MS Access and Excel
