Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain global salary band structures and manage job architecture
- Lead the development of a global benefits matrix and modernize legacy benefits
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and compliance in compensation and benefits practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, preferably in a fintech or tech environment
- Strong expertise in designing salary structures and benefits programs across multiple countries
- Proven track record in managing global salary architecture and equity compensation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience with benchmarking tools and HRIS systems, with proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics
