Key Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and teams
- Anticipate needs of recruiters and hiring teams to solve scheduling conflicts and expedite the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to coordinate interview panels and improve candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proficiency in GSuite, ATS (e.g., Ashby), and modern scheduling tools
- Experience scheduling across time zones, both domestically and internationally
- A mindset focused on ownership and delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
