A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support technical growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Design teams
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and ensure high-quality hires while validating competencies

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Experience in developing creative recruitment strategies and initiatives
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS, and technical sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of integrated scheduling platforms and Google Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
