Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Design teams
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and ensure high-quality hires while validating competencies
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Experience in developing creative recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS, and technical sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of integrated scheduling platforms and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
