Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Corporate Recruiter (Call Center - High Volume Recruiter).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications
  • Manage high volume monthly requisitions and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Develop staffing reports and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of job-specific experience required
  • Previous experience in high volume call center recruiting preferred
  • Professional Recruiting Certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
