Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of job-specific experience required
- Previous experience in high volume call center recruiting preferred
- Professional Recruiting Certification is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
