Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US payroll process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
- Maintain and update employee data with the PEO and verify timesheets and deductions
- Coordinate transitions between PEO providers and review payroll-related reports for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US payroll administration, preferably with a PEO
- Hands-on experience with major PEO providers
- Proven experience managing transitions between PEO providers
- Strong understanding of US payroll laws and multi-state tax compliance
- Proficiency in Excel for payroll reconciliation and reporting
