Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to uncover people-related insights
- Build self-serve dashboards and reports to track People data metrics
- Conduct analyses to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for talent strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in advanced analytics focused on people-based insights
- Experience defining data strategy and architecture for People/HR systems
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting capabilities
- Expertise in data modeling and pipeline development, including SQL and ETL/ELT
- Experience with BI tools to deliver actionable insights and data visualizations
