A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Clinical Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment strategy and operations across the organization to attract and hire top talent
  • Oversee a team of recruiters and develop strategic partnerships with leaders to meet staffing needs
  • Implement innovative sourcing and workforce planning solutions for current and future recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and workforce challenges
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
