Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategy and operations across the organization to attract and hire top talent
- Oversee a team of recruiters and develop strategic partnerships with leaders to meet staffing needs
- Implement innovative sourcing and workforce planning solutions for current and future recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and workforce challenges
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
