Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while analyzing and redesigning HR work processes
- Serve as the technical point-of-contact for the HRMS, performing system maintenance, testing, and providing expert-level production support
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, maintain data integrity across HR systems, and recommend enhancements to HRMS functionality
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in HRIS, human resources, or payroll with a focus on systems management
- Experience managing HR technology projects, including process improvements and system implementations
- Deep understanding of major HRMS like Oracle or Lawson and proficiency with relational databases
- Proficiency with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, BI, or SQL
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
