Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent to lead Talent Operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy by managing end-to-end hiring processes across all departments
• Manage and mentor a recruiting team to ensure high performance and skill development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent or People leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Proven experience managing and developing recruiting teams
• Expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition and global hiring strategies
• Strong understanding of compensation philosophy and benchmarking
• Operational mindset with a proactive and pragmatic approach
