Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage their comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and manage compensation, including commissions and incentive compensation
  • Administer benefits programs and manage 401(k) plan administration
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance and prepare necessary reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and benefits administration
  • Multi-state payroll processing experience required
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills
