A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage their comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage compensation, including commissions and incentive compensation
- Administer benefits programs and manage 401(k) plan administration
- Ensure payroll tax compliance and prepare necessary reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll management
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and benefits administration
- Multi-state payroll processing experience required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills
