A company is looking for a Recruiting Leader for Engineering, Product, and Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of recruiting managers and recruiters focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across EPD, influencing and aligning on hiring priorities, strategies, and outcomes
- Operationalize recruiting at scale, ensuring hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and consistent while maintaining a great candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years leading managers or senior recruiters in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions
- Proven success building trust and credibility with challenging or senior stakeholders
- Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale
- Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
