Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in management/leadership
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume recruiting team
  • Skilled in balancing hands-on leadership with strategic partnership responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and intermediate computer skills required
