Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners for recruiting direct patient care roles
- Streamline recruiting processes through technology and innovative strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to align talent acquisition with organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in management/leadership
- Proven experience managing a high-volume recruiting team
- Skilled in balancing hands-on leadership with strategic partnership responsibilities
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and intermediate computer skills required
