Job Summary
A company is looking for a Development Specialist - OON.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as On the Job Trainer for new hires and coach team members to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Collaborate with training and department leadership to enhance training agendas and ensure content accuracy
- Prepare reports on training results and trends, and assist in managing team members' professional growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GED or high school diploma with 2 years of experience in negotiation/support services or healthcare/customer service involving leadership/training
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Knowledge of medical and claim terminology, as well as healthcare/managed care industry processes
- Ability to train, coach, and support team members in various settings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
