Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and modify existing compensation programs, policies, and processes
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic plan
- Conduct internal research on employee satisfaction and implement practices to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Compensation Leader or in a similar role
- Experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs for fast-growing companies
- Strong experience with equity compensation/incentive programs
- Knowledge of building compensation packages for various departments and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience managing compensation within an HRIS or payroll software system
