Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Compensation to lead the development of compensation strategies that attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation programs, policies, and processes
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic plan
  • Conduct internal research on employee satisfaction and implement practices to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Compensation Leader or in a similar role
  • Experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs for fast-growing companies
  • Strong experience with equity compensation/incentive programs
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages for various departments and seniority levels
  • Hands-on experience managing compensation within an HRIS or payroll software system
