• Analyze program performance using data to drive strategy and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to build relationships and encourage collaboration across teams
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Capability to set and achieve goals across multiple programs
