Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor for engineering and product leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance on HR matters, including career development and performance management
• Support leaders in formulating people strategies to build high-performing teams
• Spearhead HR programs related to employee engagement and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience supporting engineering and/or product teams in a technology company
• Strong business acumen in employee engagement and compliance with US employment law
• Experience designing and implementing HR programs with solid project management skills
