Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance on HR matters, including career development and performance management
- Support leaders in formulating people strategies to build high-performing teams
- Spearhead HR programs related to employee engagement and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting engineering and/or product teams in a technology company
- Strong business acumen in employee engagement and compliance with US employment law
- Experience designing and implementing HR programs with solid project management skills
