Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analytics Lead to build and scale the foundation of people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the people analytics roadmap aligned to business and HR priorities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports while conducting in-depth analyses related to workforce metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and improve data integrity and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in people analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and advanced reporting capabilities
- Solid understanding of People programs and practices
- Experience in predictive analytics or statistical modeling is a bonus
