Senior Director of People Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Operations and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on People Operations and Technology programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs
• Lead large-scale HR business projects to achieve operational objectives and ensure effective communication of People program goals
• Build and lead a high-performing team while driving innovation and improvement in People technology and processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations and Technology, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with Workday and familiarity with CultureAmp and Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of People best practices and compliance issues
• High level of integrity and strong people management skills
• Proven ability to execute strategy and communicate effectively with executives
