Key Responsibilities
- Advise on People Operations and Technology programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs
- Lead large-scale HR business projects to achieve operational objectives and ensure effective communication of People program goals
- Build and lead a high-performing team while driving innovation and improvement in People technology and processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations and Technology, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with Workday and familiarity with CultureAmp and Greenhouse
- Strong understanding of People best practices and compliance issues
- High level of integrity and strong people management skills
- Proven ability to execute strategy and communicate effectively with executives
