Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (6 months FTC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage talent pools for current and future positions while utilizing market intelligence to forecast talent needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition, ensuring a diverse range of candidates are attracted and hired
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in any discipline
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Datacenter infrastructure hiring and technical roles
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for data center, hardware, or mission-critical technical roles
  • Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition managing open requisitions in a regional or global context
  • Deep commitment to diversity and inclusion with proven experience in driving these initiatives within talent acquisition
