California Licensed People Operations Director

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of director-level experience in nonprofit human resource functions
• 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit operations, including legal compliance
• At least 4 years of direct supervision experience
• Familiarity with federal and state labor laws
• Strong commitment to social justice and youth empowerment
