Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of employee relations, including investigations and complaint resolution
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Union experience from an HR perspective required
- Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
