Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of employee relations, including investigations and complaint resolution
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
  • Union experience from an HR perspective required
  • Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
