Key Responsibilities

• Manage global remote onboarding and offboarding programs for employees
• Oversee HR administration tasks and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
• Collaborate with various departments to align HR processes with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems like HiBob and ADP WorkforceNow
• Knowledge of benefits administration and reconciliation, particularly for US and Canadian benefits
• Understanding of U.S. labor laws and basic knowledge of Canadian and UK HR practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support various People Ops initiatives
