A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial screening interviews and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Partner with hiring managers to educate them on recruiting best practices and support the company engagement strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various levels and functions
- Experience using recruitment platforms and Excel for data analysis
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring milestones and building partnerships with diverse teams
- ADP WorkForce Now experience is desired but not required
