Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruitment and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to educate them on recruiting best practices and support the company engagement strategy


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various levels and functions
  • Experience using recruitment platforms and Excel for data analysis
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring milestones and building partnerships with diverse teams
  • ADP WorkForce Now experience is desired but not required
