Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Data & Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to support the employee lifecycle and engagement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and support workforce planning
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across HR systems and manage HRIS tickets with third-party support
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related data-heavy HR role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • 2+ years of compensation experience
  • Strong understanding of HR data and processes
