A company is looking for a Lead Executive & Equity Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize market data to assess pay competitiveness and alignment with performance
- Prepare materials for compensation committee meetings and assist in proxy statement disclosures
- Support the administration of equity plans and provide education on compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, FP&A, corporate accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and modeling skills
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with compensation survey data and publicly disclosed executive pay data
- Understanding of SEC regulations and proxy advisor frameworks related to executive pay
